Q: How long does it take for the parts to get to me? A: Usually small parts should take about a 7-10 business days to arrive at your address. However large items or some items which needs assembling may take longer.
Q: What is spring ID, H, K(Kg)? A: Spring ID is Inside Diameter of Spring. Our typical Spring ID size is 63mm. We also have different ID springs H is Spring height from bottom to top in mm. (e.g. H100 is roughly 4”, H120 is 4.7” H140 is 5.5” ) Kg is referring to metric spring rate. We have wide variety of spring rate from 4K to 100Kg
Q: Will ID63 springs fit into ID60 coilovers? A: It will fit if the spring you put in is large. In this case, we're using a 63 for an ID60, so the radius is 1.5mm larger . Since we're not a precision machine, we think it's okay if the radius is off by 1.5mm. (There are exceptions.) On the other hand, if it's too tight, there's a chance that the spring and lock sheet will rub against each other...
■ Customer testimonials : I installed 8kg of pink Chara springs (ID63) on an ID60 coilover. There's no noise and it's fine. ♪ I removed the studless tires and set them yesterday. I lowered it 5mm from when I used a 10kg spring, but there's no contact and it's comfortable
Q: Will ID63 springs fit into ID65 coilovers? A: If the lock sheet that holds the spring is ID65, it will not fit because the outer diameter is 2mm larger.
Q: Do I need to pay import duties & taxes? A: If your order is being delivered to UK/European Union/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand etc., you might be required to pay local taxes and import duties. This is common practice and the amount owed is calculated in accordance with the value of your goods. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and neither 326POWER International or 326POWER Japan are liable for any charges incurred.
