The shipping information is required in order to ship your order and required by an international shipping company. Your e-mail address is used to send your receipt, tracking information and email-based conversation.

326POWER Products are mostly shipped  directly from Japan and due to the unique company of semi semi-order-to-make products policy, shipping time may vary.  However; most of the non-custom made to order products are normally processed and shipped within 7 business days.

If your order is being delivered to UK/European Union/USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand etc, you might be required to pay local taxes and import duties. This is common practice and the amount owed is calculated in accordance with the value of your goods. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and neither Buy Now Japan or 326POWER Japan are liable for any charges incurred. 

All information submitted to 326POWER Global is managed with care. We DO NOT sell customer data. All data collected is secured. 

Except where noted otherwise, the list price or regular price displayed for products on our site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. We may add tax at end of order process section depending which US state, country you have purchased from.  We have the right to change webpage list pricing without notice. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of receiving item(s) for miss shipping, damaged and defective products. Since 326POWER USA offers semi custom made products, we do not accept returns or exchange on those custom products, also when wrong parts are ordered by the customer.

If you receive the wrong parts by our mistake or defective parts, please do not install, wear or damage products and original Packaging. Depending on the item we will provide a full refund or exchange and we will pay for the return shipping fee to Japan or US office. If you install, wear or damage products and Packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund. If examining the product(s) and we find the products is less than re-sellable condition due to damages, no refund will be given for the full price of the product(s) and shipping fee. If the product(s) is in re-sellable order, a refund will be issued to you after examining the product and confirming it is a re-sellable. condition by 326POWER Staff.
